Investment Statements

To make a cash application and/or join the Smartshares Savings Plan you must complete the application form included in the Investment Statement. Please download the Investment Statement and complete the application and direct debit forms located in the front section.

To get an Investment Statement sent to you, please register to receive a copy by mail.

In the Investment Statements you will also find:

  • Background to the Fund
  • Answers to important questions
  • Contact address for the Manager, Trustee and Registry
  • Power of Attorney forms
  • Application and Direct Debit forms
